What group coaching looks like

Group coaching is taking many forms globally, given that it is driven and shaped by the various needs of different client groups

The optimal size for a group coaching is 5 to max 8 participants who commit towards the group in terms of active participation and engagement. The group meets on a regular basis (generally monthly) for a 2 to 4 hours sessions depending on the setting. The participants address their specific topics, share about the actions taken and the progress made since the previous session.

Group coaching can also be positioned as a training follow-up, supporting learners with the transfer and application of their learning, creating an on-going accountability structure.
